candy making and baking can create a sticky mess on your bakeware. To loosen
food stuck on an enamel pot, mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with 2 cups of
water, bring it to a boil and let it boil for 10 minutes. Once the water cools
down, scrape off the food and wash the pot. For an enamel baking dish, add the
baking soda mixture to the sticky bakeware and microwave for 2 minutes. (Or, if
the pan is too big for your microwave, sprinkle the pan with the baking soda
and add boiling water.) Let the pan sit for a couple hours and the burnt-on
food should come off easy as pie. Holiday
