Taking over a project

I have recently taken over a project. My mom (bless her heart) wanted to make a baby afghan for my brother's new baby (This was back in November 2012). Baby was due in February. My mom asked me the other day if I could finish it for her. I have taken on the afghan. Here are the picks of the afghan.

  

It is only 9 inches long so I have my work cut out. I figure if I do a few rows at night while watching TV, I should have it finished in no time.
