Apple pie experiment
Last week I made some "Hot Shot" apple jam. I had some left over from canning so I used it to make an apple pie. I mixed the left over jam with the apples for my pie and baked as usual. Oh my let me tell you it tasted sooooo good. This will be my new go to apple pie.
