SMOTHERED CHEESY SOUR CREAM CHICKEN

I tried this recipe that I found on Pinterest. It was really easy to make and tasted pretty good. I used boneless chicken thighs because that was what I had on hand. The chicken was very tender. The flavor was nice. I might use a shredded mozzarella cheese next time instead of the slices just because I don't normally have the slices on hand.
