Pumpkin Applesauce Muffins

This morning I tried a new recipe. Pumpkin applesauce muffins with maple glaze - by Melissa K Norris. You can get the recipe from her site melissaknorris.com It is in her free Fall magazine.

My family really liked these muffins. They taste like pumpkin pie. I didn't use the drizzle because I don't like picking up sticky things to eat. Mine turned out pretty good. I made 6 of the muffins and used the rest of the batter to make a loaf.

 If you notice there was only 1 muffin left when the loaf came out of the oven.
