February Pie

February Pie - Last night I made a mixed berry pie. The store had large bags of frozen mixed berries for $4.99. So I decided we are having berry pie for dessert. It was really good. All I did was take berries from the freezer and put them in a bowl. Mixed some tapioca with sugar and sprinkled over berries and mixed it up. After my bottom crust was cooled I poured the berries into the pie pan and put top crust on and baked.
