Every Little Bit Counts

 Last week I had gotten a bag of jalapenos on clearance from the little produce market down the street.  I decided to freeze them for later. It wasn't a big bag.  I did get three bags of diced (about a ½ cup each) and two bags of sliced (about a cup each).

My hubby was given a gallon size bag of cherry tomatoes. They are so yummy but there is no way we can eat the all before they go bad. I am going to freeze them for later. I will use them when I have enough tomatoes to make some salsa and to can some diced tomatoes.
