Bread Recipe link

I tried a new bread recipe last night. I will have to say that it came out much better than I anticipated. I have been having issues with making bread from scratch. Most of the time it comes out like a brick. Heavy and dense but edible. I found this BASIC HOMEMADE BREAD recipe from Taste of Home.
I made mine in a round loaf on a cookie sheet. I also let it rise in a warm (off) oven. The loaf was crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. It was perfect and yummy.
